ADAM BERRY
BIO:
Adam Berry is a Paranormal Investigator, music theatre performer, actor and cabaret singer. All these spoken together sounds like a crazy cornucopia of madness but a man with little hobbies might as well sit on the sideline. Adam grew up in Muscle Shoals Alabama and moved to Boston Massachusetts to go to college. He attended The Boston Conservatory and earned a BFA in Musical Theatre. In 2006 Adam's interest in the Paranormal piqued when he experienced some strange super natural activity in Gettysburg Pennsylvania. He experienced ghostly encounters when he was a child but having these encounters as an adult made an interest in paranormal investigating a passion. He began with and is co-founder of the Provincetown Paranormal Research Society (PPRS). PPRS started as a forum to discuss paranormal activity and soon grew to small investigations. Like many Adam watched Ghost Hunters and tried to gain as much knowledge about the field and investigating from the show and by reading books on ghost hunting and the paranormal activity. In the early part of 2010 Adam was blessed with the opportunity to put his investigation skills to the test on the SyFy channel's original series Ghost Hunters Academy. This competition reality show aired on June 2nd 2010 and you can watch most episodes on SyFy.com, HuLu.com or purchase them on iTunes. Adam was the last man standing beating out 7 other cadets for a spot to join the TAPS team on Ghost Hunters! Adam had the pleasure of working with Amy Bruni, Steve Gonsalves, Dave Tango, Britt Griffith and Grant Wilson for 5 years! Adam and Amy left the show in 2014 and have been working tirelessly in the paranormal field since. Adam continues to do numerous public speaking engagements, investigations and events sharing the knowledge he has gained over the years investigating with Bruni and TAPS in over 300 cases. He's also started a non-profit theatre company called Peregrine Theatre Ensemble, became a real estate agent to sell haunted properties to the bravest of the brave. Adam and Amy are now Executive Producers and starring in their own television show called Kindred Spirits on TLC. They have gone back to what makes them fulfilled by helping families who think they are being haunted by a loved one.
